Since commencing operations in Perth in 2003 we have won two prestigious MBA Housing Excellence Awards. These awards were for Alterations and Additions over $350,000 to a property in Mount Lawley in 2005 and for Alterations and Additions over $500,000 to a property in South Perth in 2006.
Due to these successes we decided to enter the 2007 HIA-ANZ Perth Housing Awards, which resulted in another two awards for our Company. These awards were in the categories of Project Homes $325,001 and over for a house in Marmion and Custom Built Homes $300,001 - $400,000 for a house in Ocean Reef.
In 2008 we were a finalist in the Contract Homes $300,000 - $350,000 category of the Master Builders - Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards. (See our Gallery - Iluka (San Remo).
In 2008 we had continued success in the HIA-ANZ Perth Housing Awards with a win and two finalists. We achieved the win in the Custom Built Homes $400,001 - $500,000 category for a stunning small lot home in South Fremantle designed by the Distinction Homes Design Team.
In 2009 we added a HIA-NAB finalist award for a Small Lot Housing Project $400,001 - $500,000 in Scarborough to our list of successes.
